Black Gold is showing on PBS. I think it goes right along with our discussion in the Fermentation thread on the forums.
If you can’t watch it, record it. This is a big deal for the coffee industry, and I wish I’d been able to see a screening.

It was screened here in Waco on March 29th at the World Hunger Farm. I wasn’t able to make it on that night though.
I’m looking into getting a screening set up through one of the local (Austintonio area) universities. Any interest in helping me coordinate?
I would be if I were closer.
