Honesty of origin and a “fourth wave”
I was doing a little hunting around the web, and came across this little article.
I found it to be an interesting way of looking at things. I also found it sort of offensive in his definition of the 4th wave (to see why, click here)

It seems that in various trade journals and newspapers there is a big deal being made about estate coffees and the “third wave” coffee movement. However, what exactly is an estate, and why do producers and roasters tout their product as “estate” coffee?
