I'm the owner, along with my wife. Thanks for reaching out to us. The indie coffee shop in Dallas is indeed a rare animal. I should offer one small correction, and that is that although the members of Calexico are indeed personal friends of ours, they have not played at the coffee shop. At least not other than on our music server! The place has room for only a single musician with instrument (although we did squeeze a cellist in to accompany a singer pianist once).
